Coaching is a process that allows an individual to reflect and gain awareness of who they are, what is important to them, their strengths, challenges, options open to them, their blind spots and what action to take to make the changes they want in their work, business or life.


Coaching builds self-awareness, empowers choice, and leads to change.

Inner Work Coaching Philosophy

  • Your experience is true to you, and there is no right or wrong about it.
  • Your experience is created from the inside out. If you want to change it, change it from within.
  • Understanding yourself is the key to understand the world.
  • To understand the world, you need to expand your capacity to sense, feel and see the world from your heart space.
  • You are the creator of your experience. You create your experience through your thoughts and perceptions.
  • There are no wrong or negative emotions. When you are willing to see the way they are without judgment, they will lead you to deeper self-realization and expansion.
  • Happiness, wellbeing, and wisdom are our true nature. They are innate in us.
  • Our inner journey is a journey of returning home. Home is the place where you feel loved and accepted unconditionally, so that you can go out to the world and create, not out of lack but with joy and abundance.


Inner Work Coaching Approach

  • Solution-focused. As Einstein said, "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."


  • Somatic awareness. The body holds the key to our mental and emotional state.


  • Mindfulness. Being aware and witness your own experience. As Victor Frankl wrote, "Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."


  • Self-Inquiry. Opening layers of our mind to find the truth.


  • Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Beyond analytical thinking. Using the human capacity to sense, feel, and imagine is necessary to access our intuition and creativity.
