ME-SPACE Program HIGHLIGHT

B.A.S.I.C Mindfulness Training

B.A.S.I.C method is Inner Work Matter Signature mindfulness training that focuses on five fundamental elements that affect human experience (B)reath, (A)tention, (S)pace, (I)intention, and (C)onnection with the sensory system.

Through specially designed exercises, participants will experience profound differences between being mindful and being on autopilot. The significant shift in participant's awareness allows them to tap intuitively into their inner resourcefulness and apply mindfulness in any situation beyond theory and prescribed mindfulness practices.
